1. Booking and Payment

A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required deposit. For international tours, full payment must be made at least 15 days before departure. We accept cash, bank transfers, and digital wallets (eSewa, Khalti).

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. Fees apply based on the proximity to the departure date. Flights are subject to airline cancellation policies.

3. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all trekking and international adventure tours. Silver Travels & Tours is not liable for costs arising from unforeseen emergencies not covered by insurance.

4. Liability

While we take every precaution for your safety, Silver Travels & Tours acts as an agent for airlines and hotels and is not liable for delays, losses, or accidents beyond our control.
